When are you open?
Monday... Closed

The pick up date I want is not available
As everything is baked and decorated by me (Shana a.k.a Bean) each day I have set up a max number of orders per day. If your chosen date is unavailable it is because I am fully booked, please choose the next available date
What time is the next-day order cut off?
Your order must be placed by 6pm for next day pick up- Please note that next day pick up for cakes is not always available
When can i pick up my order?
Pick up is available between 11am-3pm on Thursday & Sunday
Pick up is available between 11am-4:30pm on Friday & Saturday
When placing your online order, you’ll be asked to select a pick-up window. Your selected window helps me plan my baking and decorating schedule throughout the day.
As everything is prepared fresh and timings can vary, it's important to arrive within your chosen pick-up window where possible. If you need to adjust your time, please get in touch in advance and I’ll always do my best to accommodate
When will my order be baked?
All cupcake and cake orders are baked and decorated on the pick up date. Sugar Cookies are made a few days before pick up as the royal icing needs time to dry
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order please send an email to info@itsbakedbybean.com
I know life can get in the way, refunds or credits will be given at my discretion. Please note that online and Square order cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee to cover non-refundable payment processing fees
What if I have an allergy?
Baked by Bean is not an allergy friendly bakery, i use dairy, eggs and gluten in all our products. Nuts are also present in our facility as they are used in some products.
Are there any Gluten Free or Vegan options?
No, there are no gluten free or vegan options. Due to the set up of the bakery and team of 1 the risk of cross contamination is extremely high and therefore no allergen friendly options are available
Damaged Product
Once your order or items have been collected any damages that may incur is not the responsibility of Baked By Bean
How should I store my cupcakes?
While I recommend eating your cupcakes and cake the day of purchase as they are freshly baked, if you wish to keep them for longer store them in an air tight container in the fridge overnight. If you are eating them the day of purchase/pick up cupcakes can be left on your counter at room temperature, out of direct sunlight
Sugar cookies must be kept at room temperature out of direct sunlight
Do you do custom orders?
