Everything I make is baked fresh in small batches and prepared with care. Please take a moment to read through my policies before placing an order.

Orders

• Full payment is required to confirm all orders
• Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded
• Please double check your order details and selected collection date before checkout

Collection / Pick Up

• Orders must be collected on the selected date during the pickup window
• If you are running late, please get in touch as soon as possible and I will always do my best to help where I can
• Orders not collected during the collection window may be stored where possible, however freshness, appearance and quality cannot be guaranteed after the intended collection date
• Missed collections are not eligible for a refund
• I am unable to remake orders due to missed collection

Storage & Freshness

• My cupcakes are baked fresh each day and are best enjoyed as close to collection as possible
• Storage instructions will be provided where needed depending on the product
• Best before guidance is based on proper storage at home

Custom & Occasion Orders

• Custom and seasonal orders (including holiday collections and limited releases) are made specifically for your booking. 

•While i always recommend reaching out as soon as possible custom order availability is not guaranteed

Allergens

My products are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens including (but not limited to) milk, eggs, wheat, soy, nuts.

I am not an allergen-free or allergy-friendly bakery and I cannot guarantee that any product is suitable for those with allergies or dietary restrictions.

Because of the risk of cross-contamination, I do not offer allergen-specific products or modifications.

If you have a severe allergy, I strongly recommend that you do not order.

Design & Decoration

• All products are handmade, so slight variations in colour, decoration and finish may occur
• I always aim to match your order as closely as possible while maintaining the Baked by Bean style

Unless requested otherwise, I may photograph products for use on my website and social media.

Storage & Responsibility After Collection

• Once an order has been collected, responsibility for transport, storage and handling transfers to the customer
• Please follow any storage instructions provided to ensure the best quality

Order Changes

• Changes to flavour, decoration, collection date or quantity may not be possible once production has begun

Special Requests

• I always do my best to accommodate special requests, however availability of flavours, decorations and colours may vary
